STATEMENT: KEITH HIGGINS ANNOUNCES HIS RETIREMENT

Keith Higgins has today confirmed his retirement from Inter County football. The 35 year old made his first of 90 appearances against Dublin in the National League in 2005. Keith made 75 Championship appearances , an All Ireland U21 title in '06. He went on to win 8 senior Connacht titles and a National League in 2019. All Star Young Footballer of the year in '06 and 4 All Stars in '12,'13,'14 and '17.

Keith Higgins has informed Mayo GAA of his intention to step away from inter-county football.
