RIP Stanley Rowe

Mayo GAA are saddened to hear of the passing of Stanley Rowe “Blackwood House”, Kilmoremoy, Ballina, Co. Mayo
Stanley is predeceased by his parents Tommie and Nellie Rowe.
Beloved husband of Pat and devoted father to Kathryn. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, son-in-law Nick, grandchildren Hannah-Jane, Caoilha and Blue Edgar, brothers John and Barry, sisters Anne and Helen, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Stanley made his senior football debut with Mayo against Meath in 1959, played National Football League final against Derry in 1961. He held all roles in his club Ballina Stephenites from 1974-1998. He was the North Board Chairman from 1993-1995.
 Reposing at McGowan’s Funeral Home, Ballina (F26 V274) on Sunday evening 8th September from 4:00pm until 6:00pm.
 Funeral will arrive to St. Muredach’s Cathedral, Ballina on Monday morning 9th September for Requiem Mass at 11:30am followed by burial in Leigue Cemetery, Ballina.
